I wanted to share with you all this quote by Chimamanda Adichie, a Nigerian novelist, who made a speech on stereotyping that we were asked to view for my intercultural studies class. This quote I found to be particularly inspiring, as a story teller in training. She was speaking about the power of story & the pitfalls of forming a “single story” idea of a certain people group.
